Randi Jo Pieper

Randi Jo Pieper began her career as a probation officer in 2004, helping men and women who filled their "voids" with addictions. Over the course of her professional career, she has helped thousands of people of all ages reintegrate into society and find their place in society. She holds a Master's degree in teaching and learning online, bachelor's degree in criminal justice. After years of working with men and women on a deeper level, she decided to become a Life Coach in 2013. Recently, Randi Jo has been actively engaging with first and second responders within the criminal justice field, unfolding valuable wisdom on rejuvenation and reclaiming personal fulfillment. She shares a three-step process, empowering individuals to break free from stagnant routines and rediscover the joy that once fueled their work.
